2019 – Seward Memorial Library
Seward Memorial Library has been key to the work of Read Aloud Nebraska since the group was formed in 2001. The library staff’s support of the organization’s mission and goals goes hand in hand with one aspect of the library’s work—promoting reading aloud and read-aloud activities to families.
A place to hold workshops to educate and promote reading aloud, for the Board to meet, and to house the books that will be given away to schools, libraries, and local organizations that put the books in children and teens’ hands – all of this is generously provided by the library.
